So Basically...
Apartments in nearly every city I want to move to are significantly cheaper than apartments in San Jose (where I currently reside).
As in, nice 1-2 bedroom places in a central location for the same price as what a just okay studio is here.
San Jose is expensive. And it can be pretty cool when it wants to be. But I’m bored.

Wanderlust
I want to move to a new city. To a new state. Perhaps another country. Somewhere where I don’t know anyone. Where I can walk on the street & be completely anonymous. Where I can just be.
I love the Bay Area deeply. I can see myself “ending up” here. It’s been a nice 24 years here so far. But I’m ready a change of scenery for a bit.

Been Sort of MIA Lately
In regard to Tumblr, anyway.
The sole reason for this is that life is grand & I’m in love. And I don’t have wifi at my apartment.
And perhaps a general lack of motivation to do anything that doesn’t fall into one or more of these categories:
- Sleeping.
- Playing with my love.
- Music making / learning.
- Wine consumption.
